About the STC

The Council of Ministers is the highest organ of the African Union Sports Council. In line with the African Union structures, the Council of Ministers is constituted as a Specialized Technical Committee for Youth, Culture and Sports (STC) (Ministers of Youth, Culture and Sports. The STC meets every two years to make decisions and policies regarding sports on the continent.
